3、onandurbanizationhavebroughtalotofdemandforland,whichcontinuestogrow.Therelationbetweenpeopleandlandremainstense.Everyyear,alargenumberofagriculturallandisconvertedtonon-agriculturalland.Withoutimplementeffectiveprotectionmeasures,thecultivatedlandareaandpercapitaarable
4、landareawillcontinuetoreduce,finalapproachtofoodsecuritycordon.Therefore,itisnecessaryforustostudytheprotectionofarablelandinChina.Itismeaningfultoexploretheimprovementmeasuresforarablelandprotectioninordertoenhancetheprotection,improvethepracticaleffectofarablelandprot
5、ection,andultimatelyeasethecontradictionbetweenpeopleandland,promotingthesustainableuseofcultivatedlandresources.Inthispaper,accordingtoidentifying,analyzingandsolvingproblemsofresearchpaths,wearegoingtodigintoWenzhouarablelandandbasicfarmlandprotectionissues.Firstly,we
6、aregoingtoreviewthetheoryoffarmlandprotection;secondly,Wenzhoufarmlandprotectionpracticeswillbeinvestigatedandanalyzed;andfinally,wetrytofindoutimprovementmeasuresfortheseproblems.Accordingtothesurvey,theanalysisfoundthatthemainproblemsinthearablelandprotectionofWenzhou
7、are:localauthoritieshashighwishesfornon-agriculturalarableland;theprotectionoffarmlandworkfocusesonstabilityofarablelandquantityandneglectthequality;theeffectiveofarablefarmland,farmlandprotectionawarenessneedstobeimproved.Tosolvetheexistenceproblems,weshouldenhancethei
