2、激烈,各企業(yè)利潤(rùn)空間也逐漸減少。對(duì)于企業(yè)而言都會(huì)面對(duì)如何在保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的前提條件之下,不斷地推出新產(chǎn)品并降低成本的新課題,特別是針對(duì)電子行業(yè)所涉及的生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)。對(duì)于E公司這種跨國(guó)公司而言,也不例外的面對(duì)著同樣的問(wèn)題,故如何在中國(guó)選擇和培養(yǎng)一批穩(wěn)定合格的供應(yīng)商,如何響應(yīng)西部開(kāi)發(fā)的政策并在配套欠發(fā)達(dá)的西部地區(qū)建立供應(yīng)商資源且進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期合作就顯得尤為重要。文章以E公司的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合基于供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理理論和優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析,介紹了E公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀,并分析存在的不足,從供應(yīng)商管理流程中的供應(yīng)商審
3、核、績(jī)效管理和關(guān)系管理三個(gè)方面以及供應(yīng)商西部化和供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理工程師崗位技能多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。文章首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)和E公司的供應(yīng)商管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,從供應(yīng)商的甄選、考核、管理三方面進(jìn)行調(diào)研,其次針對(duì)調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行定性和定量分析并制定對(duì)應(yīng)的改善措施,最后分析了阻礙E公司供應(yīng)商西部化的原因并結(jié)合西部供應(yīng)商的實(shí)際情況對(duì)管理細(xì)節(jié)及供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理工程師崗位職責(zé)提出了優(yōu)化措施。本論文的研究結(jié)果對(duì)E公司的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理優(yōu)化起到了重要的作用,對(duì)其他企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系建設(shè)和細(xì)化管理具有參考價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞:供應(yīng)商,供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理,供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理工程師IABSTR
