2、,加入乙酸鈉后I與亞甲基藍(lán)反應(yīng)成離子締合物,在波長288nm處共振光猝滅,建立了共振光散射法測定痕量硒的方法。確定了碘化鉀、亞甲基藍(lán)、乙酸鈉和增溶劑阿拉伯樹膠溶液的濃度,在室溫(20~30℃)下反應(yīng)15rain,提高了體系的靈敏度和穩(wěn)定性。共振光散射猝滅值與硒(Ⅳ)濃度在0~0.24g/mL范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,方法檢出限為1.0lL。Fe¨Pl】“、、cu“和zn的干擾用EDTA消除。方法用于測定環(huán)境水樣中痕量硒,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為1.3%~3.6%(/3,=5),回收率為97.4%~100.8%
