2、明顯增大,當(dāng)pH值為11.0時,脫氨效率達到93.73%。提高料液溫度或料液流量都可以提高脫氨效率。在一定范圍內(nèi)提高減壓側(cè)真空度,可以提高脫氨效率,但當(dāng)真空度高于0.08MPa以后,提高真空度對脫氨效率的影響不明顯。在相同條件下,處理高鹽度的石煤提釩廢水比處理同等氨氮濃度的水溶液的脫氨效率高1.79%。關(guān)鍵詞:減壓膜蒸餾;石煤提釩;氨氮廢水;脫氨效率;廢水處理中圖分類號:X703.1文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:0253—6099(2012)06—0103—04VacuumMembraneDistillatio

8、eatment石煤提釩過程中,通常采用添加銨鹽的方式回收導(dǎo)致二次污染J。減壓膜蒸餾法(VMD)是近些年含釩溶液中的釩,因而導(dǎo)致沉釩后的溶液含有大量的來興起的一種膜法處理技術(shù),可以高效脫除溶液中的銨鹽,其中的氨氮濃度高達7000~10000mg/L。揮發(fā)性組分,具有良好的發(fā)展前景J。這種高濃度氨氮廢水如不處理,直接排入水體,將會導(dǎo)本文采用VMD處理石煤提釩高濃度氨氮廢水,致水體富營養(yǎng)化,使得水中溶解氧下降、魚類等生物大研究各種參
