2、)等因素對豬糞堆肥效果的影響。其中BNl為課題組自制菌劑,在測定了菌種纖維素酶活性的基礎(chǔ)上,作為外源菌劑接種豬糞堆肥。通過監(jiān)測堆肥過程中各處理的溫度變化,測定堆肥樣品總養(yǎng)分含量、堆肥結(jié)束后的C/N,并進(jìn)行感官分析等對堆肥效果進(jìn)行加權(quán)評分。結(jié)果表明,豬糞堆肥最佳環(huán)境控制參數(shù)為秸稈添加量為5%,通風(fēng)量為每立方米物料102m3od,物料含水量60%,自制菌劑BNl能促進(jìn)豬糞堆肥快速發(fā)酵。關(guān)鍵詞:豬糞堆肥;微生物菌劑;工藝控制參數(shù);正交試驗(yàn)中圖分類號:$141.4文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1672—2043(2010)03—0586—06Microbia
