2、魚的毒性變化情況。結(jié)果顯示,撲草凈對(duì)斑馬魚的96h半致死濃度(96hLC-1-150)為7.448mg·L,95%置信區(qū)間為(7.032~7.971)mg·L。5mg·L-1的HA對(duì)撲草凈的毒性沒(méi)有顯著影響,但當(dāng)撲草凈濃度為8.5mg·L-1時(shí),15mg·L-1的HA增加了其對(duì)斑馬魚的96h累積死亡率,較同樣撲草凈濃度下無(wú)HA組高出40%。研究表明在較高撲草凈濃度下,15mg·L-1HA能增加其對(duì)斑馬魚的急性毒性,這可能是由于較高濃度(大于LC50值)的撲草凈與HA共存時(shí),減少污染物毒性的絡(luò)合機(jī)制被其他能夠引起毒性增加的機(jī)制所掩蓋。關(guān)鍵詞:腐植酸;撲草凈;急性毒性;斑馬
