1、第30卷第5期礦冶工程V01.3O№52010年10月MININGANDMETALLURGICALENGINEERING0ctober2010氧化錳礦泥浸出液除雜凈化和產(chǎn)品制備試驗(yàn)研究①鄭文軍,沈慧庭,郭克非(廣西大學(xué)資源與冶金學(xué)院,廣西南寧530004)摘要:選取硫鐵礦、玉米稈和廢糖蜜作為還原劑對(duì)廣西某氧化錳礦泥進(jìn)行還原浸出,在錳浸出率都達(dá)到95%以上的條件下,對(duì)3種浸出液采用部分水解針鐵礦法除鐵、硫化法除重金屬,除雜凈化后液用于制備硫酸錳或碳酸錳。結(jié)果表明,以硫鐵礦為還原劑的錳浸出液鐵離子較易除去,玉米稈次
2、之,廢糖蜜較難,3種不同還原劑的浸出液除鐵率分別為99.98%,99.91%、和99.48%;在相同凈化條件下,3種不同還原劑的浸出液除重金屬凈化效果并無(wú)明顯差異,均能達(dá)到很好的除雜效果;以硫鐵礦為還原劑的錳凈化液可制得合格的工業(yè)級(jí)硫酸錳產(chǎn)品,以玉米稈和廢蜜糖為還原劑難以制得合格的硫酸錳產(chǎn)品。3種還原劑的錳凈化液都可制成合格的碳酸錳產(chǎn)品,產(chǎn)品級(jí)別硫鐵礦還原時(shí)優(yōu)于玉米稈、廢糖蜜,最終錳的回收率分別為88。37%、82.56%和81.71%。關(guān)鍵詞:氧化錳礦泥;硫鐵礦;玉米稈;廢糖蜜;除雜凈化;硫酸錳;碳酸錳中圖分
