1、桅子論文:中藥材梔子的化學(xué)物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)研究【中文摘要】本文對(duì)中藥材梔子的化學(xué)物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行研究,并建立了較為完善的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具體內(nèi)容如下:建立了梔子藥材的三波長(zhǎng)高效液相指紋圖譜;采用液質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)對(duì)指紋圖譜主要色譜峰定性分析,推測(cè)了13個(gè)化合物結(jié)構(gòu)及裂解方式;對(duì)梔子藥材中京尼平龍膽二糖苷、梔子苷、綠原酸、西紅花苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ進(jìn)行含量測(cè)定;并將內(nèi)參校正法應(yīng)用于梔子藥材多成分定量分析,考察不同類化合物相對(duì)定量時(shí)校正因子的系統(tǒng)適用性,結(jié)果顯示,分別以梔子苷、西紅花苷Ⅰ為參照評(píng)價(jià)相對(duì)定量京尼平龍膽二糖苷和綠原酸時(shí)校正因子適用性較差
2、(RSD<5%);而相對(duì)定量梔子苷、西紅花苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ時(shí),校正因子適用性良好(RSD<5%),相對(duì)定量的結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)值無(wú)顯著差異(RSD<5%),對(duì)比研究梔子藥材不同炮制品以及不同果實(shí)部位的指紋圖譜和主要成分的含量。與生梔子、炒梔子相比,焦梔子化學(xué)成分較少且主要成分含量偏低;梔子籽仁和果皮的化學(xué)成分有明顯區(qū)別。建立了中藥材梔子的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用薄層色譜法同時(shí)鑒別梔子中京尼平龍膽二糖苷、梔子苷、西紅花苷Ⅰ3個(gè)成分;考察了28批梔子藥材的水分、灰分、酸不溶灰分、醇浸出物的含量,計(jì)算95%置信區(qū)間,按95%置信區(qū)間的80%
3、和120%規(guī)定下限和上限,則水分、灰分、酸不溶灰分不得高于7.9%、7.6%、0.2%,醇浸出物不得低于9.1%;建立了整體表征梔子藥材質(zhì)量的3波長(zhǎng)指紋圖譜;多成分定量分析了梔子中京尼平龍膽二糖苷、梔子苷、綠原酸、西紅花苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的含量,按95%置信區(qū)間的80%為下限,分別不得低于6.0mg·g-1、30.1mg·g-1、0.8mg·g1-、4.4mg·g-1、0.7mg·g-1;【英文摘要】Inthispaper,chemicalsubstanceoftranditionalChinesemedicineof
