2、℃)和冷凍(一20cC)條件下的種子發(fā)芽率差異不顯著,但發(fā)芽勢(shì)差異顯著,常溫貯藏下發(fā)芽勢(shì)最高;不同居群種子發(fā)芽率差異顯著,發(fā)芽勢(shì)差異不顯著,其中馬雄山居群種子的發(fā)芽率和發(fā)芽勢(shì)最高,常溫貯藏方法較適合于對(duì)馬纓杜鵑種子30d左右的短期貯藏。貯藏310d時(shí),常溫、冷藏和冷凍條件下的種子發(fā)芽率和發(fā)芽勢(shì)差異均顯著,冷藏條件下發(fā)芽率和發(fā)芽勢(shì)最高;不同居群種子發(fā)芽率和發(fā)芽勢(shì)差異均不顯著。隨著貯藏時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),發(fā)芽率均表現(xiàn)為下降的趨勢(shì),而冷藏條件下貯藏310d的種子發(fā)芽勢(shì)顯著高于貯藏30d。因此,冷藏是馬纓杜鵑種子310d左右短期貯藏的適宜方法。關(guān)鍵
