2、”裸種為材料，研究低溫(16℃)和常溫(25℃)培養(yǎng)條件對(duì)種子萌發(fā)和幼苗滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)的影響?！窘Y(jié)果】當(dāng)年收獲種子在25℃下萌發(fā)率最高，為95．9％，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間貯藏種子在16。C下萌發(fā)率最低，為67．8％；長(zhǎng)時(shí)間貯藏和低溫均能顯著降低種子的發(fā)芽勢(shì)、發(fā)芽指數(shù)和活力指數(shù)。當(dāng)年收獲種子在25℃下培養(yǎng)出的幼苗根長(zhǎng)度最長(zhǎng)，為2．71cm，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間貯藏種子在16℃下培養(yǎng)出的幼苗根長(zhǎng)最短，為0．91cm，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間貯藏和低溫均能抑制幼苗的根系生長(zhǎng)。低溫和長(zhǎng)時(shí)間貯藏能顯著促進(jìn)煙苗體內(nèi)脯氨酸和可溶性糖的積累?！窘Y(jié)論】低溫和長(zhǎng)時(shí)間貯藏均會(huì)抑制煙草種子的萌發(fā)和生長(zhǎng)，促進(jìn)幼苗體內(nèi)滲透調(diào)節(jié)的積累。生
