2、,通過單因素試驗(yàn)分析提取溫度、提取時(shí)間、液料比、提取次數(shù)對(duì)竹蓀菌托多糖提取率的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上采用Box.Benhnken響應(yīng)面法建立以竹蓀菌托多糖提取率為響應(yīng)值的二次回歸數(shù)學(xué)模型?!窘Y(jié)果】通過響應(yīng)面分析建立竹蓀菌托多糖提取回歸方程為:Y=12.96+0.29A+O.13B+0.17C一0.13AB一0.039AC一0.014BC一0.34A2-0.2782-0.34C2(A為提取溫度,B為提取時(shí)間,C為液料比,Y為竹蓀菌托多糖提取率,Rk0.9551),該模型擬合度好;并確定竹蓀菌托多糖提取的
3、影響因素順序?yàn)椋禾崛囟?液料tt>提取時(shí)間,其中提取溫度和液料比對(duì)竹蓀菌托多糖提取率有極顯著影響(P<0.01),提取時(shí)間有顯著影響(P<0.05),但雙因素交互作用對(duì)竹蓀菌托多糖提取率無顯著影mj(e>0.05);竹蓀菌托多糖最佳提取工藝條件為:在提取溫度82℃、液料£L62:lmL/g的條件下提取3。Ih、提取1次,竹蓀菌托多糖提取率為13.016%,與模型預(yù)測(cè)理論值13.040%接近?!窘Y(jié)論】采用響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化竹蓀菌托多糖提取工藝具有口I行性,可用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞:竹蓀菌托;多糖;響應(yīng)面法
