1、橋梁建設(shè)2017年第47卷第6期(總第247期)BridgeConstruction,Vol.47,No.6,2017(TotallyNo.247)1文章編號:1003-4722(2017)06-0001-06平潭海峽公鐵兩用大橋通航孔橋橋塔墩承臺施工技術(shù)張立超(中鐵大橋局集團有限公司,湖北武漢430050)摘要:平潭海峽公鐵兩用大橋FPZQ-3標段的3座通航孔橋均為雙塔鋼桁混合梁斜拉橋,橋塔墩均采用圓端啞鈴形高樁承臺,承臺施工采用集主體防撞結(jié)構(gòu)與施工圍堰一體的防撞箱圍堰結(jié)構(gòu)(由雙壁吊箱圍堰、防撞梁及聯(lián)結(jié)系組成),
2、將永久結(jié)構(gòu)與施工結(jié)構(gòu)有效結(jié)合。防撞箱圍堰采用工廠整體制造、整體吊裝工藝施工,以實現(xiàn)圍堰高精度制造與吊裝;圍堰下沉采用多臺連續(xù)千斤頂液壓數(shù)控整體下放技術(shù),并采用數(shù)控液壓多點同步下放系統(tǒng)及多層水平限位裝置,以克服波流力大、潮位變化大等不利影響,實現(xiàn)圍堰自動化下放施工;圍堰采用分區(qū)封底、系梁區(qū)無封底工藝施工,承臺混凝土分兩層、三次施工,以解決圍堰抗浮、抗沉難題。該橋通航孔橋6個橋塔墩承臺均已施工完成,結(jié)果均滿足要求。關(guān)鍵詞:跨海大橋;公路鐵路兩用橋;斜拉橋;承臺;防撞箱圍堰;施工技術(shù);橋梁施工中圖分類號:U448.27;
