8、玉米生產(chǎn)在優(yōu)化種植業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高糧食生產(chǎn)能力、推進農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進程、增加農(nóng)業(yè)效益和農(nóng)民收入、改善人們飲食結(jié)構(gòu)等方面發(fā)揮了極其重要的作用[¨,鮮食玉米生產(chǎn)已成為廣西特色農(nóng)業(yè)、效益農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的新亮點。1廣西鮮食玉米生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀1.1種植面積和品種近年,廣西在城市消費的拉動下鮮食玉米生產(chǎn)發(fā)展較快,種植規(guī)模連年增長。全區(qū)鮮食玉米種植面積從1998年不足13333ha發(fā)展到2008年的80000ha左右,其中甜玉米40000ha,糯玉米40000ha。廣西鮮食玉米主要以甜、糯
