2、。提出采用大噸位“彈性+阻尼”復(fù)合式新型阻尼器對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)總體約束體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;采用帶中縱腹板的PK箱形斷面并適當(dāng)增加梁高,以弱化寬幅主梁的剪力滯效應(yīng);利用小型智能焊接機(jī)器人實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼橋面板與縱向U肋的雙面角焊縫連接;對(duì)橫隔板處U肋過(guò)焊孔疲勞細(xì)節(jié)構(gòu)造進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;對(duì)外側(cè)2個(gè)車道正交異性鋼橋面板的橫橋向局部剛度進(jìn)行加強(qiáng);通過(guò)在橋塔中塔柱設(shè)置橫向預(yù)拱改善橋塔橫向受力。關(guān)鍵詞:斜拉橋;寬幅鋼箱梁;復(fù)合式阻尼器;剪力滯;抗疲勞性能;U肋雙面焊;塔柱橫向預(yù)拱中圖分類號(hào):U448.27;U442.5文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:AKeyTechniquesofDesignofMainBridgeofZhuankouCha

5、ageffectofthemaingirder,fatigueperformanceoftheorthotropicsteeldeckandthetransverseforcesofthepy‐lonshavebeenresearchedinthedesign.Theoptimizingoftheconstraintsystemofthestructure,usingthenewtypeoftheheavyload“spring+damping”compositedampers,isproposed.Toweakentheshearlageffectofthewidedeck,
6、thePKsectionboxgirderwiththecentrallongitudi‐nalwebsischosenandthedepthofthegirderisappropriatelyincreased.Thetwo‐sidefilletweldjointsconnectingthesteeldeckplatesandthelongitudinalUribsaretoberealized,usingthesmallsmartweldingrobots.ThefatiguedetailsofthecutoutsoftheUribsatthediaphragmsareop
