2、評(píng)價(jià),并用非參數(shù)概率法對(duì)稻米中鎘的膳食風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果表明,所檢稻米的重金屬鎘含量為0.001~1.158mg·kg-1,僅有5%左右的樣品超出了我國(guó)食品衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值(0.2mg·kg-1);稻米中鎘的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)熵(HQ)在95%、97.5%和99.5%高暴露位點(diǎn)分別為1.34、1.87和3.56,均大于1,潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大,并且晚稻對(duì)鎘的吸收能力高于中稻和早稻。表明通過食用稻米途徑,福建部分地區(qū)居民存在重金屬鎘過量積累的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),應(yīng)引起重視并對(duì)稻米中的鎘含量進(jìn)行追蹤監(jiān)測(cè)。關(guān)鍵詞:稻米;鎘;污染分布;健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估;福建省中圖分類號(hào):S511文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1672-2043(2015)0
