1、不同鎮(zhèn)痛方法用于剖宮產(chǎn)患者術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛的臨床觀察doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.39摘要目的：探討不同鎮(zhèn)痛方法用于剖宮產(chǎn)患者術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛的臨床效果。方法：2012年5月-2014年3月收治剖宮產(chǎn)患者126例，ASAI?II級，均為初產(chǎn)婦，無妊娠并發(fā)癥及肝腎及血液系統(tǒng)疾病，隨機(jī)分成觀察組和對照組各63例。兩組在剖宮產(chǎn)過程中均連續(xù)硬膜外麻醉。在術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛方式不一樣，觀察組采用硬膜外自控鎮(zhèn)痛泵進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)痛，對照組于手術(shù)結(jié)束時經(jīng)硬膜外導(dǎo)管注入鎮(zhèn)痛液進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)痛。結(jié)果：觀察組術(shù)后4小時鎮(zhèn)痛視覺模擬評分(0.5±0?2)分，鎮(zhèn)痛評分(1?0±0.3)分；術(shù)
2、后24小時鎮(zhèn)痛視覺模擬評分(0?3±0?1)分，鎮(zhèn)痛評分(1.4±0.2)分；術(shù)后48小時鎮(zhèn)痛視覺模擬評分(0.2±0.1)分，鎮(zhèn)痛評分(1.8±0.5)分。對照組術(shù)后4小時鎮(zhèn)痛視覺模擬評分(1?2土0?8)分，鎮(zhèn)痛評分(0.8±0.4)分；術(shù)后24小時鎮(zhèn)痛視覺模擬評分(3.4±1.2)分，鎮(zhèn)痛評分(0.5±0.3)分；術(shù)后48小時鎮(zhèn)痛視覺模擬評分(2.2±0.8)分，鎮(zhèn)痛評分(1.6±0.6)分。兩組4?24小時比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P〈0?05)。觀察組鎮(zhèn)痛優(yōu)良率98.4%,對照組優(yōu)良率44.4%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P〈0.05)。結(jié)論：術(shù)后采用硬膜外自控
