2、ZrO2催化CO低溫氧化活性的影響楊志強(qiáng)毛東森郭強(qiáng)勝顧蕾(上海應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院化學(xué)與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院,上海200235)摘要:采用微波加熱分解法(一步法)和微波加熱處理共沉淀+浸漬法(兩步法)制備了CuO/CeOz—ZrO2催化劑,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了X射線衍射、低溫氮?dú)馕剑摳胶统绦蛏郎剡€原等表征,采用
3、色譜流動(dòng)法考察了催化劑的催化CO低溫氧化性能.結(jié)果表明,一步法比兩步法更有利于使催化劑表面CuO高度分散,CuO與CeO-ZrO間的相互作用更強(qiáng),CuO更容易被還原,從而具有更高的催化CO氧化活性.與CeO-ZrO。有相互作用的高分散和小顆粒CuO有利于催化劑活性的提高,與CeO一ZrO無(wú)相互作用的大顆粒CuO對(duì)催化劑的活性有抑制作用.關(guān)鍵詞:催化活性:CuO/CeO一ZrO:CO氧化;微波加熱中圖分類號(hào):0643EfectofPreparationMethodontheActivityofCuO/CeO2-ZrO2Catal

6、WtemperatureCOoxidationwereinvestigatedusingamicroreactor-gaschromatograph.Theresultsshowedthattheone.stepapproachwasmorebeneficialtoCuOdispersiononthecatalystsurfacebecauseofastronginteractionbetweenCuOandCeO2一ZrO2andtotheimprovedreducibilityofCuO,whichresultedInhi

8、;CuO/Ce02一Zr02;COoxidation;Microwaveheating隨著人們環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)的不斷增強(qiáng),CO低溫物因具有優(yōu)良的催化活性而受到廣泛的關(guān)注.近催化氧化已經(jīng)成為催化研究的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題.目年來(lái),CuO/CeO:一ZrO催化劑因比CuO/CeO:催化劑前,用于CO低溫氧化的催化劑主要包括貴金屬催具有更高的熱穩(wěn)定性和更長(zhǎng)的使用壽命而得到化劑和非貴金屬催化劑兩大類.由于貴金屬資源稀了廣泛的研究.研究表明CuO/CeO:一ZrO:催化劑少且價(jià)格昂貴,因此開發(fā)出具有優(yōu)良催化活性的非的反應(yīng)性能不僅與其組成有關(guān),而且還
