2、R對(duì)排放影響的敏感性增大;1800r/min-25.4N·m工況點(diǎn),EGR率高于43%時(shí),可實(shí)現(xiàn)NOx和Soot排放同時(shí)降低的低溫燃燒;而2000r/min-82.7N·m和2400r/min-127.2N·m工況點(diǎn),在受限的EGR率條件下,NOx與Soot排放呈現(xiàn)trade-off關(guān)系。HC和CO排放隨EGR率的增加基本呈現(xiàn)先降低后升高的趨勢(shì)。綜合分析EGR對(duì)燃燒、性能、排放的影響,并考慮到研究所用四缸發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)所能達(dá)到的最高EGR率,三個(gè)工況點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)EGR率優(yōu)化值依次為:43%、26%、22%。關(guān)鍵詞:EGR低溫燃燒柴油機(jī)排放+中圖分類號(hào):TK421.26文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):
