2、譜和傅立葉變換紅外光譜對(duì)中間體和最終產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證;通過(guò)熱老化烘箱法、剛果紅法、電導(dǎo)率法對(duì)添加馬來(lái)酸單十二酯鈣/鋅復(fù)配體系的PVC熱穩(wěn)定性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià),并在熱穩(wěn)定性能和力學(xué)性能方面與添加傳統(tǒng)硬脂酸鈣/鋅的PVC進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明,馬來(lái)酸單十二酯鈣/鋅復(fù)配后表現(xiàn)出良好的協(xié)同熱穩(wěn)定作用,能夠有效地抑制PVC試樣的初期著色和降解,使PVC的熱穩(wěn)定時(shí)間大幅增加。延長(zhǎng)了PVC開始釋放HC1的時(shí)間;馬來(lái)酸單十二酯鈣/鋅的最佳復(fù)配質(zhì)量比為3:1。與添加硬脂酸鈣/鋅復(fù)配體系的PVC相比,相同條件下添加馬來(lái)酸單十二酯鈣/鋅復(fù)配體系的PVC熱穩(wěn)定性能更優(yōu),且拉伸性能相差不大,表明制備的馬來(lái)
