2、譜儀(EDS)、高分辨透射電子顯微鏡(HR—TEM1紫外、可見吸收光譜(uv.Vis)等測試手段對樣品的物相、形貌、元素組分及吸光性能進(jìn)行了表征.并以羅丹明B溶液的降解脫色反應(yīng)來考察了其的光催化活性。結(jié)果表明:隨著S/Cd物質(zhì)的量比(Incd)~漸增大,產(chǎn)物會出現(xiàn)由刺球鏈狀向分散球形過渡的規(guī)律性變化。在一定的ns/n比的條件下可以合成出大小均勻、分散性較好的六方相CdS納米球。樣品對可見光有較強(qiáng)吸收.存在著一定的紅移現(xiàn)象。在可見光照射下,硫化鎘單分散納米球具有更高的光催化活性關(guān)鍵詞:微波水熱法;CdS;單分散;納米球;S/Cd物質(zhì)的量比中圖分類號:TQ132.
