2、磷阻燃環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂(EP)的耐熱性能、阻燃性能及力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,微膠囊紅磷阻燃EP的耐熱性和質(zhì)量保持率明顯提高,添加質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)10%的微膠囊紅磷的阻燃EP的阻燃性能達(dá)到UL94V一0級(jí),其阻燃性能優(yōu)于紅磷阻燃EP。微膠囊紅磷阻燃EP的拉伸強(qiáng)度為30_3MPa,沖擊強(qiáng)度為11.4kJ/m,分別比相同用量紅磷阻燃EP提高了6.0%和21.3%,其沖擊強(qiáng)度比純EP提高了17.5%,表明微膠囊紅磷與基體樹(shù)脂間的相容性大大改善,可顯著提高材料的韌性。關(guān)鍵詞:微膠囊紅磷;環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂;阻燃性能;耐熱性能中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TQ314.24文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1
