2、線(xiàn)衍射(XRD)結(jié)果顯示制得的ZnO為直徑約1O0nm的六棱柱狀纖鋅礦晶體納米棒.使用ZnO納米棒修飾的金電極研究細(xì)胞色素C的直接電化學(xué)行為,結(jié)果表明:ZnO納米棒修飾的金電極能有效探測(cè)到細(xì)胞色素C的鐵卟啉輔基在不同價(jià)態(tài)下的電化學(xué)行為:細(xì)胞色素C吸附后,ZnO納米棒修飾的金電極對(duì)過(guò)氧化氫的電流響應(yīng)呈現(xiàn)良好的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系.關(guān)鍵詞:ZnO納米棒:電沉積:氧化還原蛋白:細(xì)胞色素c中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):0646ElectrochemicaIBehaviorofRedoxProteinsonZnONanorod.MedifiedElectrodesPreparedbyElectrodepositi
