1、第44卷,第5期工程塑料應(yīng)用Vol.44,No.5272016年5月ENGINEERINGPLASTICSAPPLICATIONMay2016doi:10.3969/j.issn.1001-3539.2016.05.007*陰離子原位聚合橡膠改性尼龍6的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)趙洪凱,王洪里(吉林建筑大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,長春130118)摘要:采用HDI脲二酮接枝端羥基聚丁二烯液體橡膠(HTPB),再用己內(nèi)酰胺封端異氰酸酯基團(tuán),制得橡膠改性劑,通過陰離子聚合制得液體橡膠改性尼龍(PA)6樹脂。分析表明,HDI脲二酮接枝到HTPB的羥基上后被己內(nèi)酰胺成功封端,進(jìn)而陰離子
2、聚合生成橡膠改性PA6共聚物。沖擊斷面分析,當(dāng)橡膠質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)高于15%以后,改性PA6樹脂表現(xiàn)出明顯的韌性斷裂,脆斷后甲苯刻蝕表明,隨著橡膠活化劑含量增加,未參與聚合橡膠含量增加,導(dǎo)致橡膠微相尺寸變大且均勻性下降。在180℃條件下,聚合生成橡膠改性PA6樹脂表現(xiàn)為α晶型,橡膠的加入并沒有改變PA6的晶型;樹脂熔融再速冷結(jié)晶后,PA6以亞穩(wěn)定γ晶型為主,隨著橡膠含量的增加,α晶型明顯增強(qiáng),說明橡膠相的存在有助于形成較穩(wěn)定的α晶型。關(guān)鍵詞:己內(nèi)酰胺;尼龍6;陰離子;原位聚合;液體橡膠;形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號:TQ323.6文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1001-3539(
