1、巾圊雉學(xué)通搪2013,29(35):58.62ChineseAgriculturalScienceBulletin不同能量水平的日糧對(duì)四個(gè)綿羊類群部分血液指標(biāo)的影響孫國虎,王欣榮,趙生國,張長慶,李世歌,吳建平(甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)動(dòng)物科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院,蘭州730070)摘要:為了研究不同能量水平日糧對(duì)蘭州大尾羊、小尾寒羊、藏羊、小尾寒羊及德國美利奴高代雜種羊血液生理生化指標(biāo)的影響。試驗(yàn)選發(fā)育正常、年齡、體重基本一致的蘭州大尾羊、小尾寒羊、藏羊、小尾寒羊及德國美利奴高代雜種羊各30只,每個(gè)綿羊類群隨機(jī)分為3組,每組10只,采用全自動(dòng)生化分析儀測(cè)定了血液中葡萄糖(GLU)、總蛋白(T
2、P)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、甘油三脂(TG)、總膽固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白fHDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)~含量。結(jié)果表明:同一類群綿羊血液中的TP、ALB、GLO含量隨著日糧能量水平的增加而降低;而對(duì)于各類群綿羊血液中的TG、CHO含量而言,高能量水平日糧條件下顯著高于中能量水平與低能量水平日糧(0.05);在同一能量水平日糧條件下,小尾寒羊與藏羊血液中的GLU含量顯著(k0.05)或極顯著(0.O1)4Lf-蘭州大尾羊與德國美利奴高代雜種羊,蘭州大尾羊和小尾寒羊血液中的TP、ALB、GLO含量顯著(0.05)或者極顯著(P<0.01)高于藏羊和德
