1、·1156·遼寧中醫(yī)雜志2014年第41卷第6期·臨證經(jīng)緯·DOI∶10．13192/j．issn．1000-1719．2014．06．035中醫(yī)綜合療法聯(lián)合透明質(zhì)酸鈉對(duì)膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的主要癥狀、體征總積分的影響趙琦輝，倪凌之，雷文濤(杭州市第三人民醫(yī)院骨科，浙江杭州310009)摘要:目的:探討中醫(yī)療法聯(lián)合透明質(zhì)酸鈉對(duì)膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的主要癥狀、體征總積分等臨床療效的影響。方法:入選2012年3月—2013年6我院收治的72例膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者，隨機(jī)分為兩組，各36例。試驗(yàn)組采用中醫(yī)療法聯(lián)合透明質(zhì)酸鈉治療，對(duì)照組僅用透明質(zhì)酸鈉治療。觀察兩組患者在臨床療效的差異，同時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)其膝關(guān)節(jié)功能及治療滿意度。結(jié)果:
2、試驗(yàn)組總有效率94.4%，高于對(duì)照組66.7%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P＜0.05);治療后，兩組膝關(guān)節(jié)評(píng)分均明顯降低，且試驗(yàn)組較對(duì)照組降低更為明顯，差異具有顯著性(P＜0.05);試驗(yàn)組治療滿意率91.7%，高于對(duì)照組63.9%，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P＜0.05)。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)療法聯(lián)合透明質(zhì)酸鈉對(duì)膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效顯著，其能夠顯著提高患者膝關(guān)節(jié)功能，增加患者對(duì)治療的滿意度，提高患者生活質(zhì)量及治療依從性。關(guān)鍵詞:中醫(yī)療法;透明質(zhì)酸鈉;膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎中圖分類號(hào):Ｒ684．3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:B文章編號(hào):1000-1719(2014)06-1156-03StudyonEffectofTCMTherapyCombinedw
