1、藥學(xué)學(xué)報ActaPharmaceuticaSinica2005,40(11):1013-1018·1013·中藥莪術(shù)GC2MS指紋圖譜研究11311122楊豐慶,李紹平,陳瑩,劉倩青,王一濤,董婷霞,詹華強(qiáng)(1.澳門大學(xué)中華醫(yī)藥研究所,澳門;2.香港科技大學(xué)生物系暨生物技術(shù)研究所,香港)摘要:目的研究中藥莪術(shù)的GC2MS指紋圖譜。方法運(yùn)用GC2MS分析3種基原的18個莪術(shù)樣品,所得TIC圖譜采用“中藥色譜指紋圖譜計算機(jī)相似性評價系統(tǒng)”軟件進(jìn)行模式分析及相似度計算。通過質(zhì)譜數(shù)據(jù)與文獻(xiàn)對照檢識出主要特征峰成分,并根據(jù)主要特征成分對18個樣品進(jìn)行SPSS聚類分析。結(jié)果3種基原18個莪術(shù)樣品的相似度(
2、全譜)計算結(jié)果較低;通過聚類分析結(jié)果可將莪術(shù)分為兩類,溫郁金和蓬莪術(shù)各為一類,廣西莪術(shù)樣品則無法成類。因此基于聚類分析結(jié)果,建立了溫郁金和蓬莪術(shù)的指紋圖譜共有模式,并分別具有較高的相似度,而廣西莪術(shù)6個樣品因成分差異較大,暫未建立指紋圖譜共有模式。結(jié)論共有指紋圖譜是多基原中藥質(zhì)量控制的基礎(chǔ),但多基原中藥莪術(shù)GC2MS指紋圖譜無法建立,提示不同基原莪術(shù)化學(xué)成分差異與藥理作用的關(guān)系值得研究。關(guān)鍵詞:溫郁金;蓬莪術(shù);廣西莪術(shù);GC2MS指紋圖譜;聚類分析;相似度中圖分類號:R917文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:0513-4870(2005)11-1013-06ThefingerprintofEzhubyG

7、oped.ButthatofCurcumakwangsiensiswasfailedbecauseoflowresemblanceamongsamples.ConclusionThemutualmodefingerprintisthebasisforqualitycontrolofChinesemateriamedicafrommulti2origins.DevelopmentofGC2MSfin
