2、力,并比較了毒土法和毒餌法兩種施菌方式對綠僵菌致病力的影響。結(jié)果表明,平沙綠僵菌WP08菌株和金龜子綠僵菌30104菌株對篩胸梳爪叩甲幼蟲具有明顯的致病效果,在30d的試驗期內(nèi),校正累計死亡率分別為90.0%和66.3%,半數(shù)致死時間()分別為15.8d和25.8d;毒土法的校正累計死亡率略高于毒餌法,分別為60.1%和52.O%,L分別為22.6d和28.0d。金龜子綠僵菌LRC112菌株對金針蟲無致病力。關(guān)鍵詞:綠僵菌;金針蟲;毒力測定;生物防治中圖分類號:$763文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:AVirulenceBioassayofDiferentMetar
