2、力，并比較了毒土法和毒餌法兩種施菌方式對綠僵菌致病力的影響。結(jié)果表明，平沙綠僵菌WP08菌株和金龜子綠僵菌30104菌株對篩胸梳爪叩甲幼蟲具有明顯的致病效果，在30d的試驗期內(nèi)，校正累計死亡率分別為90．0％和66．3％，半數(shù)致死時間()分別為15．8d和25．8d；毒土法的校正累計死亡率略高于毒餌法，分別為60．1％和52．O％，L分別為22．6d和28．0d。金龜子綠僵菌LRC112菌株對金針蟲無致病力。關(guān)鍵詞：綠僵菌；金針蟲；毒力測定；生物防治中圖分類號：$763文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：AVirulenceBioassayofDiferentMetar
