2、板間夾不同密度的泡沫鋁吸聲材料的復(fù)合板:板間夾不同厚度的隔聲墊的復(fù)合板。對(duì)以上復(fù)合板的綜合研究明確了鋁板夾層填充材料和厚度對(duì)隔聲效果的作用。結(jié)果表明:含空氣層復(fù)合鋁板存在明顯吻合谷,但其高頻隔聲性能好:泡沫鋁吸聲材料可有效抑制吻合谷,小的孔隙率(即增加密度)有利于提高隔聲性能;隔音墊有助于提高復(fù)合板的隔聲量,但是其厚度的選擇要與關(guān)注的頻率區(qū)段相匹配。研究結(jié)果系統(tǒng)地反映了復(fù)合板的影響因素,可為我國(guó)高速列車(chē)復(fù)合板隔聲性能的優(yōu)化提供參考依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:聲學(xué);復(fù)合板;空氣層;泡沫鋁;隔聲中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):U270.16文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼
