2、我國不同地區(qū)育成的77個大豆品種(系)為供試材料、以晉豆21為對照,在年降雨量不足40mm的甘肅省敦煌市,設(shè)干旱脅迫和正常灌水2個處理,考察與產(chǎn)量相關(guān)的8個農(nóng)藝性扶,應用簡單相關(guān)、等級相關(guān)等統(tǒng)計學方法,篩選優(yōu)異的抗旱種質(zhì)資源,旨在明確大豆成株期抗旱性鑒定指標和評價方法。9種抗旱性評價方法比較結(jié)果表明,基于抗旱系數(shù)法、傷害指數(shù)和敏感指數(shù)對供試材料的抗旱性評價結(jié)果完全一致,基于生物產(chǎn)量、單株粒數(shù)和單株莢數(shù)的綜合評價方法與基于產(chǎn)量的直接評價方法比并無優(yōu)勢。經(jīng)典的抗旱系數(shù)法適宜于篩選抗旱資源,但不一定能篩選出正常條件
3、下的豐產(chǎn)資源,而本文提出的改進抗旱指數(shù)法可篩選到抗旱性和豐產(chǎn)性兼?zhèn)涞钠贩N,為抗旱育種和生產(chǎn)應用服務(wù);通過劃分不同品種熟期組,篩選到不同熟期類型的抗旱、豐產(chǎn)品種。本研究為制訂“大豆抗旱性鑒定評價技術(shù)規(guī)范”提供了理論依據(jù),對大豆資源的抗旱性鑒定和抗旱性育種具有重要的意義。關(guān)鍵詞:大豆;成株期;抗旱性;鑒定指標;評價方法ComparisonofEvaluationMethodsforDrought·ResistanceatSoybeanAdultStageQIXu—Sheng,LIUZhang.Xiong,,GUA
