1、:營養(yǎng)1鬟健s面andcFoodIndus#y納豆激酶對(duì)角叉菜膠所致小鼠血栓模型的影響劉彥霞,陳文,溫宗妍,趙肖萌(北京聯(lián)合大學(xué)應(yīng)用文理學(xué)院,生物活性物質(zhì)與功能食品北京市重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,北京100191)摘要:目的:觀察納豆激酶對(duì)角又菜膠所致的小鼠血栓模型的影響,為納豆激酶相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的溶血栓功能性評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)。方法:將雌性昆明種小鼠隨機(jī)分為4組:空白組、模型對(duì)照組、低劑量組、高劑量組。連續(xù)灌胃30d,每天一次.于第30d,除空白組外,其他3組均用角又萊膠制備尾部血栓模型,24h后觀察并測(cè)量黑尾長度.之后摘眼球取血,測(cè)定血清纖維蛋白降解產(chǎn)物(FDP)、組織型纖溶酶原激活劑(t—P
2、A)、組織型纖溶酶原激活劑抑制劑l(PAI一1)的含量。結(jié)果:各組小鼠最后一次稱重體重?zé)o顯著性差異;低劑量組與高劑量組的出栓率低于模型對(duì)照組,但模型對(duì)照組、低劑量組、高劑量組三組間相比較,黑尾長度、黑尾/全尾長的無顯著性差異(p>0.05);高劑量組小鼠血清中的FDP~t—PA的舍量顯著高于模型對(duì)照組和低劑量組(p<0.05);空白組未檢出PAI一1,其余各組PAI一1的含量無顯著性差異。結(jié)論:納豆激酶對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)小鼠體內(nèi)血栓具有溶解作用,可以降低血栓的發(fā)生率;角叉萊膠誘導(dǎo)的小鼠血栓模型可以用于納豆激酶溶(抗)血栓功能評(píng)價(jià)。關(guān)鍵詞:納豆激酶,角叉萊膠.小鼠.尾部血栓Impact
