2、得后代株系50余個。本試驗選取24個表型性狀基本穩(wěn)定的株系,以父本野生大豆為對照,首先對其葉形、花色、生長習(xí)性、結(jié)莢習(xí)性、粒形、種皮色、臍色等表型性狀進(jìn)行描述,所有株系在這些性狀上表現(xiàn)出豐富的變異;再對各株系的分枝數(shù)、株高、主莖粗、單株粒重、百粒重等數(shù)量性狀進(jìn)行測定,變異系數(shù)從大Nd,依次為百粒重>單株粒再>株高>分枝數(shù)>主莖粗。結(jié)合育種目標(biāo)和利用特點將25個供試材料進(jìn)行聚類分析,這些材料分為4大類,并篩選山籽實飼料株系6個,飼草型株系7個,草實兼用型株系2個。試驗結(jié)果表明,24個遠(yuǎn)緣雜交具有繼續(xù)篩選的價值,可為更好地利用野牛大豆種質(zhì)資源奠定基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:野生大;栽培大;
