2、的增大,提取效率下降,pH值為3時(shí),提取效率達(dá)到最高值;隨著乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)的提高,蘋果多酚的提取效率增加,當(dāng)乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)75%時(shí),提取效率達(dá)到最大值,繼續(xù)提高乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)時(shí),提取效率下降;物料粒度對(duì)蘋果多酚提取效率影響的變化趨勢(shì)與乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)的效應(yīng)相反,當(dāng)物料粒度達(dá)60目時(shí),提取效率達(dá)到最大值。綜合考慮提取效率與成本因素,蘋果多酚的最佳提取條件為乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)50%,提取時(shí)間60min,pH值3,料液比1:6,粒度60目,超聲功率80w,在該優(yōu)化條件下蘋果多酚的提取效率可達(dá)1692.72mg/kg。關(guān)鍵詞:超聲波;提取;多酚;蘋果中圖分類號(hào):TS201文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:Ad
