2、株銀耳菌株進(jìn)行了遺傳多樣性分析。從75條引物中篩選出14條引物,共獲得105條帶,其中多態(tài)性條帶70條,占條帶總數(shù)的67%。聚類分析結(jié)果表明:在相似水平為7O%時(shí).14個(gè)菌株可以劃分為4個(gè)類群,且類群的劃分與地理來源之間并無明顯相關(guān)性,菌株間遺傳差異較大,遺傳多樣性較高,表明供試菌株在DNA分子水平上存在比較顯著的遺傳變異。利用紫外分光光度法測(cè)定了纖維素酶活性,并采用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行了酶活力差異顯著性分析。結(jié)果顯示:供試的14株銀耳菌株纖維素酶活大小在1.300—0.922間,纖維素酶活性很低,酶活力差異顯著.且與地理來源無明顯相關(guān)性。關(guān)鍵詞:銀耳;ISS
