2、間7個(gè)雜合單株和168個(gè)重組單株，衍生成356株RHL．F2個(gè)體(群體I)和168個(gè)重組體家系(群體II)。群體II來自142個(gè)F2：6家系，若每個(gè)F2：6家系只保留1個(gè)重組家系則構(gòu)成群體III。采用lasso和復(fù)合區(qū)間作圖(CIM)法檢測(cè)3個(gè)群體粒形性狀2種指標(biāo)的QTL。結(jié)果表明，lasso法檢測(cè)到的粒長關(guān)聯(lián)標(biāo)記是O19和s21／Satt331，而CIM檢測(cè)到的QTL區(qū)間是S21-S22和023-019；lasso法檢測(cè)到的粒寬關(guān)聯(lián)標(biāo)記是O19／021，而CIM檢測(cè)到的QTL區(qū)間是023～O19／O19-O21；長寬比與s21～$22關(guān)聯(lián)是由于粒長QTL引
