1、第32卷第3期大豆科學(xué)V0I.32No.32013焦4月SOYBEANSCIENCEJun.2013氦水平對不同大豆品種生理特性及產(chǎn)量的影響李大勇,徐克章,董雅致,陳展宇,張治安,武志海,劉曉龍(吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院,吉林長春130118)摘要:為了解不同氮素光合效率大豆品種生理特性和產(chǎn)量對氮水平的響應(yīng),從R2期到R6期,在5個氮水平下,對2個氮素光合效率高的品種和2個氮素光合效率低的品種的根系活力、葉片硝酸還原酶活性、全氮含量、葉綠素含量、凈光合速率、單株干物重和產(chǎn)量進行了研究。結(jié)果表明:隨氮水平的變化,4個大豆品種的生理特性和產(chǎn)量均表現(xiàn)為低氮促進、高氮抑制的先增加后降低的單峰曲線
2、變化。相近年代育成的不同氮素光合效率品種的比較表明,高氮素光合效率品種的根系活力、葉片硝酸還原酶活性、葉片凈光合速率、單株干物重等指標(biāo)均在中、低氮(4O一80kg·hm-2)處理階段高于低氮素光合效率品種,在高氮(120~160kg·hm)處理階段低于低氮素光合效率品種,此差異在R6期達極顯著水平(P<0.O1),在R2期和R4期多為顯著(P<0.05)或不顯著水平;葉片全氮含量和葉綠素含量則在所有氮水平均表現(xiàn)高氮素光合效率品種顯著低于低氮素光合效率品種。因此,高氮素光合效率品種宜施用中、低量氮肥,而低氮素光合效率品種可相應(yīng)提高氮肥施用量。關(guān)鍵詞:大豆;氮水平;氮素光合效率;生理特
