1、中國磨爹c墨提2013,29(31):188—193ChineseAgriculturalScienceBulletin豆粕有機肥與化肥配施對大棚春黃瓜產(chǎn)量品質(zhì)和土壤肥力的影響萬述偉,張守才,趙明,孫永紅,趙征宇,蔡葵,王文嬌(青島市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究院,山東青島266100)摘要:為了探明豆粕有機肥與化肥氮素不同配施比例對大棚黃瓜的肥料效應(yīng),采用田間試驗,研究了單施豆粕有機肥、豆粕有機肥與化肥配施和單施化肥對黃瓜產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)和肥料利用率以及土壤肥力的影響。結(jié)果表明,在相同氮、磷、鉀施用量條件下,單施豆粕肥或單施化肥以及豆粕肥與化肥配施均可顯著提高黃瓜總產(chǎn)量,M2N、
2、MN和M。N:處理的黃瓜前期產(chǎn)量分別比CK增產(chǎn)47.1%、68.6%和82.0%。各試驗處理黃瓜果實中可溶性糖、蛋白質(zhì)和硝酸鹽、亞硝酸鹽含量差異均不顯著,Vc含量以M2N。處理含量最高。不同施肥處理均可顯著提高黃瓜氮和鉀的吸收量,但氮、磷、鉀肥料利用率差異均不顯著。黃瓜收獲后各處理耕層土壤無機氮、堿解氮、有效磷、速效鉀和pH等肥力性狀均有明顯變化。土壤pH與土壤養(yǎng)分的變化均呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)性,其中土壤pH與土壤有效磷、速效鉀含量呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與土壤銨態(tài)氮、硝態(tài)氮和無機氮含量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。豆粕肥的氮、磷、鉀養(yǎng)分釋放率較高,完全可以替代普通有機肥與化肥配施用于黃瓜生產(chǎn)
