1、實(shí)用肝臟病雜志2014年1月第17卷第1期JPracHepatol，．Jan．2?014Yo1．17·45·—N—o．1·病毒性肝炎·復(fù)方牛胎肝提取物治療慢性乙型肝炎療效觀察孫濤，毛華，王倩【摘要】目的觀察復(fù)方牛胎肝提取物片治療慢性乙型肝炎患者的療效。方法120例慢性乙型肝炎患者被隨機(jī)分為治療組64例和對(duì)照組56例。對(duì)照組給予基礎(chǔ)治療，治療組加用復(fù)方牛胎肝提取物治療3m，觀察兩組治療前后臨床、肝功能和肝纖維化指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果在3m治療結(jié)束時(shí)，治療組乏力和納差的改善率分別為92．00％和91．84％，顯著高于對(duì)照組(56．41％和58
2、．33％，P<0．05)；治療組ALT為(35．6±17．2)U／L、AST為(38．5±18．6)U／L、GGT為(40．6±19．7)U／L、總膽紅素為(16．1±13．9)mol／L，均較治療前[分別為(110．8±61．4)U／L、(97．2±62．4)U／L、(106．3±60．1)U／L、(47．8±19．3)mol／L)]顯著下降(尸<0．05)；治療組基線時(shí)III型前膠原肽為(36．7±11．3)IXg／L、透明質(zhì)酸為(276．4±79．5)g／L、層粘連蛋白為(169．8±73．4)g／L、IV型膠原為(155．8
