2、上海201306;3.集美大學(xué),福建廈門361021)摘要:文章采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法對(duì)合浦珠母貝(Pinctadafucata)12個(gè)家系的殼長(zhǎng)、殼高、殼寬和絞合線長(zhǎng)4個(gè)形態(tài)性狀與體質(zhì)量的關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果顯示,12個(gè)家系的平均體質(zhì)量、殼長(zhǎng)、殼高、殼寬和絞合線長(zhǎng)分別為35.96g、57.36mm、59.24mm、23.55mm和56.93mm。各個(gè)性狀的變異系數(shù)較大(8.30%~21.30%),其中殼高和殼寬的變異系數(shù)相對(duì)較小,而體質(zhì)量的變異系數(shù)相對(duì)較大。體質(zhì)量與各形態(tài)性狀灰色關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)之和以殼高為最大(8.9508),且家系間較均一,殼長(zhǎng)為最小(8.
