2、31No.72014年7月JournalofMechanical&ElectricalEngineeringJu1.2014DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001—4551.2014.07.028基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)化水輪機(jī)組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測的節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)水葉悅情,裴爽,王海倫(衢州學(xué)院電氣與信息工程學(xué)院,浙江衢州324000)摘要:針對水輪機(jī)組運(yùn)行時各設(shè)備參數(shù)的實(shí)際值、上/下位機(jī)的信號傳輸、設(shè)備是否發(fā)生故障等問題,將數(shù)據(jù)信號采集技術(shù)、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)和收發(fā)器分別應(yīng)用到信號的采集轉(zhuǎn)換和傳輸中。開展了水輪機(jī)組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測原理和網(wǎng)絡(luò)
3、化水輪機(jī)組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測的節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)分析,建立了水輪機(jī)組工作時過程層中設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)的現(xiàn)場采集、監(jiān)測層中信號的傳輸與站控層中系統(tǒng)Pc機(jī)通訊之間的關(guān)系,提出了在現(xiàn)場節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上數(shù)據(jù)的采集、信號的轉(zhuǎn)換和傳輸?shù)确椒?。在以ATmega8515單片機(jī)為核心的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)上,對各芯片構(gòu)成的現(xiàn)場節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了評價,進(jìn)行了對該設(shè)計(jì)的測試和性能分析試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化水輪機(jī)組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測的節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了水輪機(jī)組的數(shù)據(jù)信號的采集、存儲、轉(zhuǎn)換和傳輸,從而完成了采樣數(shù)據(jù)和狀態(tài)特征的實(shí)時監(jiān)測和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。關(guān)鍵詞:水輪機(jī)組;節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì);A/D轉(zhuǎn)換;ATmega8515中圖分類號
