1、第42卷第11期熱力發(fā)電V01.42No.112013年11月THERMALP0wERGENERATl0NNov.2013光軸蜂窩汽封泄漏特性研究楊榮祖,寧哲,宋文希西安熱工研究院有限公司,陜西西安710032[摘要]利用Fluent軟件建立光軸蜂窩汽封的三維計算模型,研究汽封進、出口壓比、汽封間隙、蜂窩內(nèi)徑以及蜂窩高度對蜂窩汽封泄漏特性的影響。研究結果表明:蜂窩汽封泄漏量隨汽封進、出口壓比的增加而增加,且增加率逐漸減小;隨著汽封間隙的增加,蜂窩汽封泄漏量急劇增加,密封效果迅速惡化;蜂窩高度的增加有利于降低蜂窩汽封的泄漏量,泄漏量隨蜂窩高度的增加近似呈反S
