1、第32卷,總第186期《節(jié)能技術(shù)》Vo1.32,Sum.No.1862014年7月,第4期ENERGYCONSERVAT10NTECHNOL0GYJu1.2014,No.4光軸迷宮密封泄漏流動(dòng)特性影響因素的數(shù)值研究張森森(海軍裝備部駐沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)軍事代表局,遼寧沈陽(yáng)110031)摘要:采用數(shù)值求解三維粘性Reynolds—AveragedNavier—stokes(RANS)方程技術(shù),研究汽輪機(jī)低壓光軸迷宮式隔板密封內(nèi)泄漏流動(dòng)特性及其影響因素。采用有限體積方法離散控制方程,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k一紊流模型封閉求解方程組,同時(shí)考慮軸
2、的旋轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)。針對(duì)典型的光軸整體加工尖齒隔板密封,分別數(shù)值研究了相同的軸向距離和徑向間隙下三種齒間距在不同壓比下的泄漏流動(dòng)特性,計(jì)算了相應(yīng)的無(wú)量綱流量系數(shù)。計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示出迷宮隔板密封與軸之間的環(huán)形腔室內(nèi)三維渦流使泄漏流動(dòng)的動(dòng)能有效地耗散成熱能,起到了密封的作用。研究結(jié)果表明在相同的幾何尺寸下迷宮隔板密封的泄漏量隨著壓比的減小而增大,在相同的壓比條件下,泄漏量隨著密封齒間距的減小而減小。本文的研究工作對(duì)合理有效地設(shè)計(jì)迷宮式隔板密封提供一定的理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)支撐。關(guān)鍵詞:光軸迷宮密封;泄漏流動(dòng);旋轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng);無(wú)量綱流量系數(shù)
