2、430070摘要:對我國10個家養(yǎng)山羊品種140只個體的mtDNAD-loop區(qū)進行測序分析,測得結(jié)果:整個D-loop區(qū)為1211~1213bp,共檢測到84種單倍型,171個多態(tài)位點。其中核苷酸多樣性(Nucleotidediversity,Pi)為:0.02063±0.00225,單倍型多樣性(Haplotypegenediversity,Hd)為:0.988±0.003,平均核苷酸差異數(shù)(Averagenumberofnucleotidedifferences)k為:24.896。表明我國家養(yǎng)山羊品種遺傳多樣性豐富。通過構(gòu)建NJ網(wǎng)絡(luò)進化
