2、的提取條件如提取酸種類、提取液溫度、提取液酸度、提取時間等進行了研究,并將用酸提取的效果和用堿提取的效果進行分析比較。結果表明,酸提取方式的最佳提取條件為用pH0.5的硫酸溶液在85~C條件下提取60min。在此條件下,方法的準確度高,精密度好,符合相關標準要求。通過和堿提取方式的比較發(fā)現(xiàn),原果膠含量高的樣品用酸提取比用堿提取效果更好,但香蕉等淀粉含量高的樣品因有異常顏色反應而不能采用酸提取的方式。因而確定果膠提取方式為對于酸提取后有異常顏色反應的樣品采用堿提取方式,對于原果膠含量較高的樣品采用酸提取方式,
