1、趙固二選燥廠煤泥水處理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化改造任建民,劉磊2,樊合高(1.河南煤業(yè)化工集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司焦煤公司,河南焦作454150;2.中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)化工學(xué)院,江蘇徐州221008)摘要:針對(duì)趙固二礦選煤廠生產(chǎn)中存在的浮選作業(yè)無法正常進(jìn)行、壓濾機(jī)能力不足、洗水難以閉路循環(huán)等問題。綜合考慮藥劑添加量、沉降速度、壓縮高度及上清液澄清度等因素,通過煤泥水絮凝沉降試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.0%的凝聚劑TLT8840和質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.1%的絮凝劑TLT8610添加量分別為O.20mL和O.15mL時(shí)煤泥沉降濃縮效果最好,同時(shí)對(duì)藥劑制備系統(tǒng)、輸送
2、設(shè)備及加藥點(diǎn)分別進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化和改造。煤泥水系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化改造后,選煤廠真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了洗水閉路循環(huán),降低了生產(chǎn)成本和用水量,徹底解決了煤泥水對(duì)環(huán)境的污染問題;煤泥水處理藥劑成本由原來的0.44元/t降至現(xiàn)在的0.3l元/t,每年可節(jié)省藥劑成本約39萬元,節(jié)省電費(fèi)約65萬元;優(yōu)化改造后,選煤廠真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了全入選,僅多產(chǎn)出的浮選精煤,每年就可多收益約720萬元。關(guān)鍵詞:煤泥水系統(tǒng);凝聚劑;絮凝劑;加藥點(diǎn);優(yōu)化改造中圖分類號(hào):TD946.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1006—6772(2012)03—0010—03Transformationo
