2、原因。研究表明:(1)零規(guī)劃期(2012年),蘇州東太湖濱湖新城的生態(tài)需求是生態(tài)供給的63倍,已經(jīng)遠遠超出地區(qū)生態(tài)承載力的范圍;(2)未來《蘇州東太湖濱湖新城規(guī)劃》實施后,土地利用格局的改變,尤其是耕地的大面積減少,區(qū)域生態(tài)承載力降低了7733.816hm。建議蘇州東太湖濱湖新城開發(fā)盡量減少對生產(chǎn)力能力較高的土地占用,同時充分利用已有的天然屏障進行團塊分割,同時也要對原有鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)工業(yè)進行整治,通過功能置換實現(xiàn)資源節(jié)約利用和對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟的保護。關(guān)鍵詞:東太湖濱湖新城;生態(tài)承載力;生態(tài)足跡;生物生產(chǎn)性土地中圖分類號:X171.4文獻標志碼:
