2、過單因素方差分析和Dunnett′s多重比較,測驗單片段代換系與受體親本廣陸矮4號之間粒重的差異,以2年都能檢測到的顯著差異位點作為穩(wěn)定表達的QTL。結(jié)果表明:千粒質(zhì)量與粒長、長寬比呈極顯著正相關(guān),與粒寬、粒厚相關(guān)性不顯著;以P≤0.001為閾值,2年都能檢測到的千粒質(zhì)量相關(guān)QTL19個,分布在除第10,12染色體以外的10條染色體上。其中,10個QTL的加性效應(yīng)表現(xiàn)為增效作用,其加性效應(yīng)值的變化為0.49~2.74g,加性效應(yīng)百分率的變化為2暢00%~11.05%;9個QTL加性效應(yīng)表現(xiàn)為減效,加性效應(yīng)值的變化為0.60~2.
