2、以蘇VR043和蘇棉8號為親本構(gòu)建包含176個單株的F2群體袁通過標記分析和F2:3家系抗病鑒定袁發(fā)現(xiàn)抗病性狀與標記NAU3392連鎖袁值為2.3伊10-12遙根據(jù)棉花D組染色體測序結(jié)果袁參照置換區(qū)段的基因組序列袁合成92對SSR引物曰PCR擴增分析發(fā)現(xiàn)袁有5對引物在蘇棉8號和蘇VR043之間表現(xiàn)多態(tài)性袁并將抗病主效QTL定位在標記ZHX32和NAU3392之間袁標記間遺傳距離為3.2cM袁QTL解釋表型變異64.8%遙同時參照棉花D組測序結(jié)果袁提取對應的置換區(qū)段序列袁預測包含63個基因袁基因聚類分析表明7個基因參與抗逆反應袁其
