2、對照組各18例，測定帕金森病統(tǒng)一評分量表(unifiedParkinson’sdiseaseratingscale，UPDRS)Ⅲ量表，進(jìn)行Hoehn—Yahr分期；兩組均用磁共振(magneticresonanceimaging，MRI)測定嗅球容積，并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果PD組嗅球容積明顯小于對照組[(90．9±15．68)mmvs(131．2±24．53)mE，P<0．001]；PD組中左側(cè)嗅球容積小于右側(cè)嗅球容積[(41．4±10．05)mmvs(46．5±11．49)mm，P<0．01]；正常對照組中兩側(cè)嗅球容積
