7、制。方法:體外培養(yǎng)人肺腺癌A549細胞。MTF法檢測DDP和DEX對A549細胞增殖的影響。流式細胞術(shù)分析細胞周期及細胞凋亡。Westernblot檢測DEX和DDP對A549細胞內(nèi)VDR表達水平的影響。結(jié)果:地塞米松>~500nmol/L濃度時對A549細胞有一定的增殖抑制作用(P<0.05);<500nmoVL濃度時對A549細胞無明顯抑制作用(P>0.05);DDP濃度在0.3125一lOng/ml范圍內(nèi)對A549細胞增殖有明顯的抑制作用,并呈濃度及時間依賴性(P<0.05
