2、漢麻纖維脫膠前后的表面形態(tài)、結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu)、拉伸及彎曲性能變化進行表征.研究結(jié)果表明,堿處理將纖維中的非纖維素物質(zhì)逐漸去除,使?jié)h麻纖維表面變得光滑,但堿液質(zhì)量濃度過高會使纖維產(chǎn)生裂縫.隨著堿液質(zhì)量濃度的增加,纖維的羥基數(shù)量先減少后增加,因為在高質(zhì)量濃度下堿液進入無定形區(qū)和結(jié)晶區(qū)邊緣,使纖維產(chǎn)生更多無定形區(qū),導致羥基數(shù)量增加.X射線衍射結(jié)果表明,纖維的結(jié)晶指數(shù)先增加后減少.經(jīng)堿處理后,纖維的斷裂強力逐漸增加,斷裂伸長率先上升后降低,纖維的等效彎曲模量和抗彎剛度都逐漸降低.關(guān)鍵詞:漢麻;化學脫膠;表面形態(tài);結(jié)晶指數(shù);抗彎剛度中圖
